Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant (OA) performs administrative duties and other functions to help streamline the daily business operations of the Bank. Specifically, he/she acts as reliever to certain position in the branch in case of a branch staff’s leave of absence. The OA can relieve a Cashier, General Bookkeeper and Universal Tellers (CSA-Teller & CSA-Loans). He/She processes insurance reports and claims (if any), and assists the Area Head in consolidating bank-wide reports requested by management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any 4-year business-related course
  • Preferably with accounting, bookkeeping, cashiering and banking operations experience
  • With at least two years experience in Accounting and related work
  • Willing to travel and work overtime
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Has good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and can work under pressure
